Competition Provisions of the Enterprise Act 2002.
The Enterprise Act 2002 was introduced by the Government in March 2002 and received Royal Assent on 7 November 2002. Implementation of the measures of the Act is subject to commencement orders and the Act's competition provisions are expected to come into effect in Spring/Summer 2003.
