Nurses & Midwives Tribunal HCCC V A NURSE [2010] NSWNMT 31 (15 September 2010) This case concerns two complaints made against a nurse in relation his ability to practice. In criminal proceedings, the nurse was convicted of two counts of aggravated sexual assault upon his 13 year old step daughter. The Health Care Complaints Commission (HCCC) alleged that this rendered the nurse unfit in the public interest to practice nursing, and was not of good character.
