Picking up where they left off last year, when they combined to file a record number of cases, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC" or the "Commission") and the Department of Justice ("Justice Department") have combined to file three new Foreign Corrupt Practices Act ("FCPA") actions in the first three months of 2008.
