On February 6, 2009, Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. ("Pacific Office") filed a registration statement for the purpose of offering $350,000,000 of Class B Common Shares ("Senior Common"). Pacific Office hopes to capitalize on the robust market for non-traded REIT shares by selling the Senior Common in a best efforts offering.
